EntsPay Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to any information collected through our website as part of the payment process.
1. Information Collected
When you make a payment through EntsPay, we collect the information you provide us with, on behalf of the relevant event organiser. This information, such as your name, address, email and card details, are collected as part of the payment process, through our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and under their Privacy Policy — Worldwide.
Stripe makes available to us most non-sensitive information, including your name, address, email, the last 4 digits of your card and the expiry date of your card, which we in turn make available to the relevant event organiser. We will not make your information available to any other third parties, except for the purposes of processing it or sharing it with the event organiser, such as through Google Drive.
Sensitive information, including your full card number and CVC of your card, are not made available to us by Stripe, and neither us nor the event organiser can access this information.
2. How Information is Used
Information provided to us during the payment process will be used to process that payment, and to provide other related services such as issuing tickets and sending information to you relating to the event. It may also be used by the event organiser to assist with organising and providing the event. Note that emails sent to you in relation to your payments or tickets for an event are mandatory, and can only be unsubscribed from by cancelling your tickets.
We or the event organiser may choose to send you promotional emails at some point in the future. If this option is availed of, the first promotional email you receive will include details as to how you can unsubscribe from further promotional emails.
